The plans get paid on their anniversary. If there was an options to merge them, they still have 2 receipts and 2 dinstict payments.

If you do not have unlimited calls, you need to have an addon or money in your wallet and incoming and outgoing calls are billed by the minute. Then a call of 1 seconds will be charged as 1 minute.
